You have before you a true masterpiece of Ugliness : This organic vase (very rare by the way) seems to come straight out of a science fiction universe, it's a creation from the beginning of the last century around 1902 and coming from the Sarreguemines earthenware factory. The alcoholic designer was probably drunk when he designed this piece. And the potter was probably blindfolded as he stood at his turnstile to make it. This vase is so ugly that even flowers refuse to bloom in it. If ever by some miracle, you managed to place flowers in it, they would shout: "No way, I'm not putting a root in there!"
